Send these under filters.sec_edgar_filings in a search request. A filter not listed here, or a value of the wrong type, is a 400. The top-level date_from and date_to set date_from and date_to below, so give a date in one place only.

Exact stock ticker, case-insensitive (e.g. ‘VRDN’, ‘MRNA’, ‘SRPT’).

Exact SEC CIK. Zero-padded to 10 digits automatically (‘1590750’ matches ‘0001590750’).

Keyword match on the company name (BM25 tokenized, case-insensitive). Example: ‘Viridian Therapeutics’.

Exact 4-digit SIC industry code (e.g. ‘2834’ pharmaceutical preparations, ‘3841’ surgical/medical instruments).
