Free-text, NOT short codes: stored as full center names (‘Center for Drug Evaluation and Research’), name+code variants (‘Center for Drug Evaluation and Research | CDER’, ’… (CDER)’), and district/division offices (‘Los Angeles District Office’). Exact match must reproduce the stored string exactly; for broad org filtering prefer keywords.
