The datasets API v3 searches, with their filters and fields.
filters.<dataset id>, and the fields its results carry.
GET /api/v3/datasets returns the same as JSON. It also lists the datasets outside the US with available: false: the API can’t search them yet.
The date field is what the search’s top-level date_from and date_to filter on. A search with a date skips the datasets that have none. Datasets marked Enterprise need an enterprise plan.
